By accessing or using Subscriptify (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operators of Subscriptify.

1. What Subscriptify Does

Subscriptify is a subscription-tracking tool intended to help you record recurring services, organize subscription details, and estimate your monthly and yearly spending. The Service is a tracking and organization aid; it does not manage your subscriptions with the companies you pay.

2. Accounts and Account Security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account for an unlawful purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's information.

3. Your Subscription Information

You are responsible for the information you enter, including service names, prices, billing cycles, categories, and renewal dates. Please check that information for accuracy. Spending totals and projections are estimates based on the information available in your account and may not match the amounts charged by third-party providers.

4. No Subscription Cancellation or Payment Processing

Subscriptify does not automatically cancel, pause, modify, or renew subscriptions on your behalf. Adding or editing a subscription in Subscriptify does not change your agreement with the provider and does not stop future charges. To change or cancel a subscription, contact that provider directly and confirm the change with them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass its security, upload malicious code, or use it in violation of applicable laws. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including infrastructure used for account authentication or data storage. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, billing decisions, or service availability.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Subscriptify useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may also revise these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, that stored information will always be available, or that calculations will be error-free. Subscriptify is not financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for verifying your bills and managing your subscriptions directly with their providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Subscriptify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed renewals, or charges from third-party providers arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Any provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including applicable disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service may involve information associated with your account and the subscription details you enter. These Terms should be read alongside any privacy notice we make available. Please do not enter information you do not have permission to provide. If you have questions about how information is handled, contact us using the details below.

12. Email Communications

We may send service-related emails that are necessary to operate your account, such as account verification, security notices, and important service updates. We may also offer optional emails about product news, tips, and announcements. You can choose whether to receive these optional emails during sign-up, and you can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us. Your choice about promotional emails does not affect essential account-related communications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction determined to be applicable to the Service and its operators, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
